How hourly works
How hourly service works
Point-to-point rides are priced by the journey. Hourly service is priced by time, and the chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for all of it.
Tell us the start and a rough plan
Start time, pickup address, roughly how long and roughly where. We quote one hourly rate and confirm the hours with you before anything is booked.
The chauffeur stays with you
Between stops the car waits where you left it, with the air running and your bags locked inside. There is no re-booking at each stop.
Extend on the day
If the day runs long, tell the chauffeur and the booking extends at the same rate, subject to availability.
Built for days like these
What people book hourly for
Golf days
Troon North, TPC Scottsdale, Grayhawk, We-Ko-Pa and The Boulders. Clubs go in the cargo bay, and the car is cool after the round.
Dinners and shopping
Scottsdale Fashion Square, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, the galleries of Old Town, dinner along Camelback. The bags stay in the car.
Arizona day trips
The red rocks of Sedona, Jerome and the Verde Valley, the Apache Trail, Tucson. Quoted by the hour or as a day rate, with a chauffeur who has driven the road before.
Resort days
From the Fairmont Princess, The Phoenician or Four Seasons to the spa, a lunch reservation, a gallery opening and back, without waiting for a rideshare in the heat.
Showing people around
Visiting family, relocating executives, prospective buyers on a property tour: one car, one driver, every stop on the list.
Multi-stop evenings
Pre-dinner drinks, the restaurant, a show at Talking Stick, a last stop in Old Town. The same vehicle all night, waiting outside each door. See event transportation.
Hourly versus a string of rideshares
Hourly service versus rideshares
- No re-booking at every stop, and the same driver all day
- Your bags, clubs and coats stay locked in the vehicle between stops
- A chauffeur who knows the Valley's freeways, the back routes and the valet entrances
- One hourly rate agreed before the day
- Six seats, so the whole party moves together
Hourly questions
Before you book
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Hourly bookings are quoted per request. Tell us the start time and a rough plan for the day, and we confirm the hours and the rate together before you commit.
Can we go outside Scottsdale and Phoenix?
Yes. Day trips to Sedona, Tucson, Jerome, the Apache Trail and other Arizona destinations are quoted on request as hourly or as a fixed day rate, whichever suits the plan better.
Can the chauffeur make stops and wait?
Yes. Within the booked time the chauffeur makes as many stops as you like and waits at each one, with your bags locked in the vehicle.
