Every booking uses the same vehicle class: a black full-size luxury SUV with a professional chauffeur, at a price agreed before the ride.

Reply to confirm and the booking is set. You get the chauffeur's name and number before the ride.

How far in advance should I book?
Same-day rides are often possible. Booking 24 hours ahead secures the vehicle and chauffeur, especially during the WM Phoenix Open, Barrett-Jackson and Spring Training.
How many passengers and bags fit in one vehicle?
Up to six passengers with their luggage in one GMC Yukon XL Denali. For larger groups we send more than one vehicle. Send us the head count and we quote the whole group.
Do you serve Paradise Valley, Tempe and the East Valley?
Yes. We cover the whole Phoenix metro: Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Cave Creek, Carefree and Fountain Hills, including airport runs from any of them.
Are child seats available?
Yes, on request. Tell us the child's age when you book so the right seat is installed before pickup.
How do I pay?
You get one flat price before the ride, with no surge pricing. Major cards are accepted. Payment details come with your quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
Let us know as early as you can. The cancellation terms for your booking are included with your quote.
Is there an hourly minimum?
Hourly service is quoted per booking. Send us the plan for the day and we confirm the hours and the rate.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Yes. Comfort Luxury Rides is a licensed Arizona business with professional chauffeurs and insured vehicles.
